The covered front deck leads to the spacious open plan Living/Dining area (with large 65" smart TV with Chromecast) and an adjoining kitchen with walk in pantry. A hallway leads to the bedrooms which both have built in robes, a main bathroom (with bath, shower & toilet) and a laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer).
Outdoor Areas
The rear entertainment deck (with gas BBQ, large outdoor table with seating for up to 6 plus a second table & chairs for 2 people) overlooks the enclosed block which is perfect for children and pets. The front covered deck is another outdoor area and the long driveway provides space for parking up to 5 cars and/or a boat.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo pod coffee machine, plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and a walk in pantry.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the Lounge room, plus one additional stand-alone fan which can be used where required.

Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
Very neat and tidy, great space with everything you need. Close to the beach and not far from Cowes. And the best part is that was so safe and secure for our dogs.
The house was close to town, a nice private area, and well enclosed for my dog. The only thing I would change is putting free to air television on the tv.
Well priced 2 Bedroom house in good location. On main road but very private and secure behind tall fence.Comfortable compact living space with excellent split system. Good proximity to GP Track & Cowes. Perfect for our 2 night stay.Appreciated the bonus early checkin as we arrived at the Island late morning.Would stay again when next gping to the GP Track.
Fantastic dog safe fencing - clean, comfortable and quiet
Dog safe fencing was our highest priority as this was our dog's first trip away from home. We were delighted with the high, well maintained fences and our little schnauzer loved exploring and sniffing around the generous grounds. Rhyll was ideal - very quiet but has lovely walks nearby, a top notch fish and chip shop and an easy drive to the shops and restaurants of Cowes. The house itself was lovely and the biggest improvement would be a few starter pods for the Nescafe Vertuo coffee machine, which sat unused as we didn't want to buy a whole pack for just a couple of days' stay. There was also no TV reception - we tried to use Chromecast, as recommended by owners, with our late model iPad to watch TV but it was so laggy that we just gave up. The KeySafe instructions also did not quite match up with the safe on the property, which was frustrating at the end of a long drive, though we managed to work out what to do eventually.
The picture of this property is misleading. There is NO grass at all. There is now a big front deck, which is nice. Back deck was covered with dead wood and branches, we didnt use it. Place was reasonably clean but hoover was still full of debris and hadnt been emptied. Coffee pods not correct for the machine. Biggest issue was the Chromecast tv (no free to air) Took us 7 hours plus emails / phone calls to property agent to get it to work. Really need a guide on how to do this. Limited clothes storage space. Is fully equipped with new white goods. Overall we wouldnt come back
