The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals to enjoy indoors or outdoors. After a day of outdoor adventures, retreat to the living room for a cinematic experience with the projector.

For security, the property is equipped with exterior cameras: one at the main entrance and another along the access road. No cameras point inside the cabin, hot tub, or private areas. Your privacy is guaranteed.

We also have a noise monitoring system to ensure respect for the peaceful environment and neighbors. It only measures decibel levels and does not record audio or video.

Pets are allowed upon prior request—they deserve fresh air too! 🐾

1. No Smoking Inside the House
This is a smoke-free space. Smoking indoors will result in a COP 200,000 deep-cleaning fee.

2. Energy Conservation
If you’re not using it, turn it off. Help us save energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and electronics.

3. No Parties or Loud Gatherings
This is a space for rest. Parties, loud music (over 55 dB), and unregistered guests are not allowed. Violations result in a 500,000 COP fine.

4. Noise
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Respect for neighbors is part of the experience.

5. Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. If not disclosed, there will be a COP 200,000 fee.

6. Trash
Please place all garbage in the trash can. Help us sort recyclables too—this place deserves it.
