The apartment, renovated on 2016, is on the first (in USA, the second) floor a building in the lovely quarter of Prati with a panoramic view of the Vaticano from the windows of the bedrooms. The building is a typical roman mansion block with elevator.

This location is perfect for those who want to reach by foot the Vatican Museums and Saint Peter’s or reach any other main sites by public transportation. The apartment is only 5 minute walk from the Vatican Museums and Saint Peter's. The Metro station line A (Ottaviano/San Pietro station) is just out side the building and it will take you in few minutes in Spanish Steps or Piazza del Popolo (the trendy and famous fashion district).

Around the building: restaurants, gelato, banks, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, souvenirs shop, tobacconist, travel agency. You will find a daily, open-air market within a short walking distance which offers fresh fruit and flowers along with local wares and crafts. The neighboring streets have a variety of stores, restaurants, pizzeria as well as beautiful residences.

This apt. has got a MUNICIPAL PERMISSION from the city council of ROME for tourist rentals.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people; newly re-furbished throughout with new bathrooms and kitchen with wooden floors and air conditioning in each room. Accommodation consists of living and dining room with a kitchen, a table with 6 chairs, a sofa, TV/Satellite and air conditioning. Newly fitted kitchen with oven, gas hob, kettle, washing machine/dryer, fridge and freezer, dishwasher. There are two bedrooms and two newly decorated ensuite bathrooms (both offer shower, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer). Bedrooms have air conditioning, double-glazed windows (not only double panels) to guarantee a good night's sleep, comfortable beds (2 king beds -160 x 190 cm - and 1 single bed – 80 x 190 cm –), ample linens and bath towels. The flat offers a cell, free internet service for all day and a computer, so guests don’t need to bring their own laptop or look for Internet cafes at odd hours to keep in touch with home.

Transportation from and to the airport can be organized. Driver will be out side the custom (no problem if your flight is not on time and run late) with the sign with your name and will take you directly to the apartment. Check in time at 12 p.m., check out on the day of departure at 10 a.m. (unless there is a different mutual agreement).

Rates include the cost of utilities (gas, A.C., electricity, heating, hot water).
No security deposit. Available May 1, 2009.

A deposit is required upon booking. Balance will be paid at check in.
Starting on gennuary 2011: municipal tax (except children 10 years).
