Beautiful, bright, scenic, recently completely renovated to the highest level! Open kitchen fully equipped with stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave oven full-featured, fridge and freezer. Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board! Wired high-speed Internet and WiFi. Printer / scanner. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, or 1/2 double beds. Two bathrooms with large shower and toilet / bidet! Innovative and super modern air conditioning (heating independent) adjustable in every room! Mobile Phone (optional).
Luxurious furnishings, nothing was purchased from IKEA! Orthopedic mattresses! Living room with leather sofa, lovely reading corner with armchair and ottoman. Apartment very central but quiet and peaceful. Indeed, it is located on the property, with windows that look great spaces with super panoramic view! The various possibilities to climb Sant'Onofrio:
a) park your car Parking Gianicolo (two hundred meters!)
b) 200 meters to the Vatican (St. Peter);
c) 200 meters from the picturesque district Trasteverte;
d) three hundred yards the great center of Rome, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo de 'Fiori, etc.., or the Parking Gianicolo up on small bus 115 or 116 to get comfortable in the most beautiful and characteristic places in Rome!

Cozy Spot in Rome

Stayed with my family and the spot is a nice spot. It is a of walk to the house but it is very near to several bus stop to all major tourist sites.

Pleasant stay in a convenient location.

This place absolutely felt like a home away from our home. Well located near public transportation, all amenities for our family of four. Rodolfo gave us hints to make our trip special and was there when we needed help (how to call a taxi, etc.)

We had a great stay in Rome at Rodolfo's place. He gave very helpful directions when we arrived so we didn't need to drag our luggage up the hill. Shirly showed us around and was very helpful. We appreciated Rodolfo's prompt response when we reached out. The house is located centralized to most of the areas you would want to visit and is very close to the Vatican City. Rodolfo's place was perfect for our family of four to visit Rome.

The location was good for getting to the sights in Rome. However, the apartment is on a steep hill and challenging after a day of sightseeing. Interior needs freshening up.

Quiet and quirky apartment

Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to bus line into central Rome. Owner communicated well and reached out to help with issues. Lots of Rome reference material for information. Felt very safe. Apartment only has 1 bathroom, not two. WIFI was spotty. But overall, we would stay there again.

Great place!

Quite, plenty of storage, sleeping for 4. Living space small but workable ... tight or 4 adults. There is a hill to climb and taxis have trouble finding the street, but it worked out if you walked to the top of the street by the hospital. Had a problem with dryer handle falling off with clothes inside, but it was resolved in 2 days. Would stay here again when in Rome.

While the property is on a steep hill and needs a little maintenance done the stay was enjoyable. WiFi strength is not great. Be aware of hidden cost of Rome's tourist fee needing to be paid in cash.

Nice Apartment near the Vatican

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's just a short walk to St Peter's and a bit longer but nice walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon area. There are many restaurants in the vicinity as well. The apartment was very comfortable. Our showers were hot and we had good water pressure (something that our last apartment in Rome didn't have). I really appreciated that we were able to check in early because the apartment was available which allowed us to shower and change after the long flight from New York.

Very enjoyable stay. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished and well maintained. It was equiped with everything you could possibly need. Our arrival and departure was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again. Be warned though, if you have a rental car, parking is a problem. (As it is in all of Rome.) Once we found a parking spot we didn't move the car until our departure. The Vatican is an easy walk and other places of interest are easily accessible by bus.

Not what we expected but OK

When we booked this it was listed as 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, which was perfect for 2 adult couples. At some point it changed to 1 bathroom but we were not aware of this until we got there. The location is good, walking distance to many things. It is situated in the middle of a steep hill on a one way road and many taxis will not go up the road due to narrowness. We walked up the hill to the hospital and used the taxi app to call for a taxi any time we needed to. The apartment was good for us as we did not spend much time in it.
