Delightful and comfortable apartment completely renovated, elegant, finely furnished, featuring 2 double bedrooms including the Master room with the addition of a sofa bed and a full bathroom in the room. Another full bathroom and living room with kitchenette, bright, in the center a stone's throw from the new urban lounge in Piazza della Repubblica, easily accessible from Rome Termini station! Connected very well with the whole city.

!! ADMISSION TO THE APARTMENT IS PERMITTED UNTIL 00:30 !! A surcharge of € 50 will apply for entry from 22:00 to 00:30.
ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED AFTER 00.30 - YOU WILL THEREFORE BE ASKED TO PROCEED WITH THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

- Tourist taxes (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings exceeding the week, a weekly cleaning of €60 is required without changing linens, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- The travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking

Very nice and clean flat, convenient to the train station. Also in a more quiet area at night making it easy to recharge and rest for the next day of site seeing. Host was very responsive to questions when they came up. Definitely would stay again.

THis was a super way to get to Rome. The host Riccardo was very attentive to all our requests and accommodating to an extent not always seen. All was perfect from the beginning, the apartment in Prati was outstanding; clean, comfortable and easy to deal with. The location in Germanico was great, very close to Metro and the Vatican, supermarket and the great market Trionfale. I will come back for sure.

Excellent Stay In Rome

The property is close to Termini Station which is convenient for travel to other cities in Italy. Very clean and recently updated property (appearance of online listing is accurate) with responsive and accommodating property manager. Washer/dryer is a helpful amenity for longer stays. Quiet building in quiet neighborhood makes for nice holiday. Appreciated the complimentary limoncello too!

Having the laundry with dryer was very helpful. The rooms gave each family a bit of privacy and plenty of space. Having coffee and limoncello was a wonderful treat! The location could not have been better, which was a less than 10-minute walk from the train station. Also in a short walk was a grocery store and restaurants. The host responded quickly, and we could not have been happier that we choose this wonderful apartment!

Excellent!!!

We absolutely loved our apartment. It was renovated and everything felt new. Very stylish! Nice tile work throughout and attractive lighting. It had high ceilings, great natural light, and was spacious. It was nicely appointed too with everything we hoped for and much more. The beds were comfy too. Communication was excellent and the host was very helpful. We felt so comfortable. Easy walk to the train station and metro. When we rerun, this is where we will stay!

Summer Vacation

Ricardo was very nice and helpful. He arranged for a driver to pick us up from the port after our cruise. Ricardo allowed us to check in early to drop off our luggage. The apartment was wonderful. Very clean. The rooms are large with plenty of open space for luggage. Ricardo provided information for restaurants and shopping. It was helpful sheets around the apartment for everything you will need. I would definitely recommend this property for vacation.
