I was catfished. Travelocity should be ashamed to even list this property. I didn’t feel safe here at all. The staff is indifferent. No atm or currency exchange. No welcome. I called to ask how I get from the airport to the hotel by public transit and the lady hang up on me. Twice she hung up on me. It took me two hours to get there. The dump is located in a very rough area of Rome. Actually a suburb of Rome. To do any type of tourist things you have to take two metro lines or even three. Or take the tram and risk being mugged and murdered

we are very sorry to receive your negative feedback about your stay in Rome. We are investigating with our colleague about the problem you had with the phone, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
In the mean time, we understand that you had a big problem with the position of our hotel in the City, and not with the stay in our house in particular.
The only aspect that we are not able to improve is the position of the hotel. We are 7 km far from the Central Railway Station, however in the City of Rome, not in a suburb. We are sorry that you didn't realize where our hotel is, but also in Travelocity the position is well exposed, as it is in google map.
Among all american and european cities, Rome is not on the top of the list of the most dangerous cities. We never heard about our guests who have been mugged or murdered in the tramway 14.
We hope you can have again the possibility to stay in Rome and realize that our city is not dangerous
