The entry way to the hotel was a bit sketch, but once you made it to the actual place on the 5th floor it was really nice. My only complaint was that there was no hot water for the shower.

Nice, clean, and quiet place, very private with excellent service from the staff. In fact, we arrived very early in the morning, and they did not hesitate to welcome us and find a secure place for our luggage since the room was not available at that early hour. They offered a delightful coffee at any time of day. Located in a highly convenient area, just a 7-minute walk to Rome Termini and close to the Repubblica Metro. There's a restaurant for breakfast just steps from the hotel, along with many shops and points of interest within walking distance. The room was large, which is not typical for Rome, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning.

The room itself was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We did not receive instructions on how to get in and that was very tricky. Luckily a man staying in another hotel showed us what to do. Strangest of all, my original Samsung charger plug was taken, but a cheap one was left in its place.

It was ok for one night, but would not recommend for longer stay. Felt more like a higher end hostel than a multi star hotel. Staff wasn’t always present on site. Did not accommodate with early check in even though we emailed and messaged requesting early check in months ahead of time
