Great location and great staff, only problem was that sound inside the hotel carried, so we ended up with a slightly disturbed sleep

Stayed in the annex building so needed to go to building a few doors down for front desk and breakfast buffet. Room was good, comfortable bed and a little outside terrace area attached. Bathroom vanity area short on space and a very small shower. Air conditioning was not turned on for the season yet so room was warm and too noisy outside to leave window open at night. Staff was excellent and willing to help with any questions and recommendations!

night porter needs customer training.

First night was terrible. The tv was not working and when the lights were out the flashing red lights of the smoke alarm were very bright and so we could not sleep. Rang the night porter who was very rude and abrupt . When we complained , the manager changed us to another room and all went very well after that. My wife was so shocked about the night porters attitude I hope they will give him some extra training to improve his manners .

Excellent room and location for seeing the sights and the history in Rome. The room would have been perfect for just me and my wife. But we took our adult kids. The layout was fine for us. But the room needed the bathroom separation wall replaced. The temporary fix was an accordion type wall. It worked. But it was always in the way and it didn’t make it as private as we desired for taking a shower or going to the restroom. I would pick this Team and hotel again. But, I would work with the great Staff on what my family would have been more comfortable with. I would recommend to venture away from the hotel for restaurants at times. It seamed to me all the local restaurants had the same distributors for the red sauces. Wanted to experience more variety.

Very nice boutique hotel, pretty walkable to Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon if you’re ok with a 10-15 walk. The staff is lovely. Even when the reservation got mixed up and I was supposed to have free breakfast included, they were nice enough to comp one day’s breakfast. Very safe area with great restaurants nearby as well.

Rome times hotel was great. Super quiet, super clean, and cold air conditioning. Very nice hotel located close to every thing with very good restaurants close by. You could hit a golf ball to 6 or 8. I would definitely stay there again. Just FYI, if you are from the USA you need to bring outlet adapters for plug-ins. Stayed in 3 really nice hotels in Italy, all needed outlet adapters

We stayed here for my friend’s 40th birthday. When we arrived we felt impressed walking into the hotel. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have the best view from our double room (main building) but the room was lovely and clean. Great shower and comfy bed, and good air con. Had breakfast each morning which we enjoyed. The hotel is in walking distance to shops Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and the colosseum. We found all staff attentive at breakfast and when we had drinks in the bar. Reception also helped with taxis and kept our luggage safe on the last day. Would defoliate let recommend this hotel and will stay again if we ever return to Rome.

A truly wonderful stay! The staff and location are what makes this hotel brilliant. Every member of staff we encountered were welcoming, attentive, helpful and could not do enough for us. I would recommend this hotel to anymore for the staff alone. However, the location to all of the main places to visit is an added bonus. We loved our stay so thank you very much!

When we arrived it was raining. We checked in and were told that we needed to walk down the street about 100 ft to our building. My wife and I had 4 suitcases. One reception staff carried one bag to door, saw it was raining and pointed us to the direction of our building . Horrible, not being told in advance that our room was not in main building with all faccilities and for lack of assitance. The same reception staff attempted to assist us in obtaining a taxi. Again it was raining. After two phone call attempts, he gave up and said sorry. I asked him what we can do and he basically shrugged us off. Not until I raised my voice as I was walking out did he run to assist and flagged us a cab. Room,- aside from being a B&B without breakfast, was nice. Safe failed on us, but quick to respond. Inconsistant water tempetature in shower. Very little pressure from shower head but full pressure from shower wand. Other staff were VERY pleasant it was only one employee who was and always seemed annoyed to assist. Unfortunately i do not recall his name. Im certain hes fielded many complaints . I am fluent in Italian, so our challenges were not a result of language barrier. Location is good. 15 minute walk to Trevi fountain. All in all I would not return to this hotel as a result of experiences we had. Be informed that the "Annex Building" as listed by Expedia, is not attached to Main building.
