The apartment is located in the center of Ostia with a sea view, 100 meters from the Ostia Pier and bathing establishments.
LIVING ROOM
It is equipped with 1 sofa bed and 1 two-seater sofa 1 table and 4 chairs from where you can enjoy a pleasant sea view. A 43" smart TV, excellent internet connection ideal for smart working and work calls and double lighting, congruent to your taste. You will also enjoy split with air conditioning.
The living room has a balcony overlooking the sea, and the central square of Ostia, (Piazza Anco Marzio).
KITCHEN
Kitchen made to measure to take advantage of all available space, to put at your disposal a very comfortable cooking area. The 'room is large and very comfortable. At your disposal, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with icebox, Lavazza coffee maker, microwave and a kettle. In addition, for your safety a carbon monoxide sensor is installed. Of course, you have available sets of pans pots dishes glasses cutlery, everything for cooking.

You will enjoy the enormous convenience and considerable time savings in having at your disposal 2 bathrooms both complete with bidet toilet, washbasin, wall-mounted phone, hot water heater and tempered glass shower (sizes 100x80 and 90x70 respectively). A washing machine with detergents is available.

The room is very spacious and consists of a double bed, two bedside tables and two abat-jours, a 3-door closet a chest of drawers, all at your disposal, and a 32" TV. There is an air conditioning split in the room.

The room has a balcony that joins it with the kitchen, and whose view overlooks the small communal garden. On the balcony you will find a sink with drying rack, which is very convenient and practical.
ANTIBATHROOM
A room with a door, dedicated to your needs with a 3-door closet where you will find household cleaning supplies, (broom, dustpan ironing board, iron and a mop). You will also find a smart working station with a chair and a desk.
CORRIDOR
Along the corridor you will find a closed closet dedicated to our Housekeeping Staff.
2 BALCONIES
The first balcony has an outdoor sink and clothesline and overlooks the small communal garden. The second balcony is equipped with a small table and two chairs to enjoy a pleasant sea view.
PARKING: Free, unattended parking is available on the street.
