What a lovely setting for a stay in Rotarua! Close enough to town to have easy access while keeping a bit of distance between the amazing geysers and their aromas and antics. Further, the rooms and grounds are a destination in themselves, with the accommodating manager Rajiv Shama and his staff always available to help with questions, reservations, and transportation. Breakfasts were lovely and fast. Take the time to walk the grounds and talk to the parrots. Thoroughly charming.

Beautiful unique hotel in a magical location

Wonderful staff and service. Views of the lake are incredible. The landscape/grounds are spectacular. Only wish it had been a bit warmer so we could have used the pool.
