It’s surrounded by open vineyards and sits right by the Sacramento River, giving you the perfect backdrop for your next big gathering.

Walk in and you’ll see why guests love it here. The open floor plan makes it easy to hang out and connect. The living room has a cozy fireplace, the second family room has a projector for movies or slideshows, and there’s a little music nook with guitars if someone in your group likes to play.


The kitchen has everything you need to feed your people. Stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a big island that turns into the go-to hangout spot. The dining area fits a crowd, so you can easily host group dinners or brunch before the big day.


After the fun, unwind in one of four comfortable bedrooms. Each one is quiet, clean, and ready for you to crash after celebrating.

Step outside and take a deep breath. You’re surrounded by 10 acres of vineyards with wide-open skies and golden sunsets. It’s the kind of setting that makes any event look amazing.


We can host up to 100 people for your event, and we provide tables, chairs, and tents for you to use. You bring the setup, décor, and vendors. We give you the space to make it happen. The backyard also has a large deck, BBQs, a fire pit, and plenty of room for mingling, dining, or dancing under the stars.


Guests love lighting up the fire pit at night, throwing on some music, and watching the stars come out. It’s simple, beautiful, and easy to make your own.


How Events Work


We keep things flexible. You can use the space, furniture, and tents however you’d like, but setup and cleanup are on you. Just let us know what you’re planning before booking so we can confirm it fits your group and dates.

If you’re not hosting an event and just want a peaceful stay in wine country, you can book right away. It’s quiet, comfortable, and close to local wineries and trails along the river.
