DON’T stay here unless you enjoy ROACHES, people doing shady business in the parking lot, and general filth. I was given a new room after finding roaches in the bed of the 1st, but the 2nd was no better. I requested a refund but was told that I’d need to wait until a manager was there in the morning. When Expedia was able to get ahold of a manager the next day, I was offered a partial refund for 50% of what I paid for 2 nights. Thankfully, Expedia made up the difference with points.

The room photos on the profile do not match the actual condition. Upon entering, there was a strong smell of weed and cigarettes. After a long day, the last thing I expected was to air out the room myself just to make it breathable. I had to spray air freshener and leave the door open for ventilation. The bathroom condition was unacceptable and poorly maintained. The toilet tank lid cover was missing, which reflects a lack of basic upkeep. Very disappointing experience.

It's advertised with pool and continental breakfast. There is no pool at this property. The continental "breakfast" offered coffee only. So not as advertised. There was gap between the door and the doorframe allowing cold air into the room, but the heater/ac unit was sufficient to warm the room. The beds were comfortable. The linens clean but stained and had cigarette burns. Staff was very polite, however I will not be returning.

The heat was not working, towels were dirty, the room looked really old and it smelled like stale smoke. I had to leave in the early morning (5:30am) because it was so cold in the room. The door would not close tight which allowed the cold air to come into the room. I will never stay there again.

The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke and the smoke detector had been taken off the wall. Also there were stains on the sheets and the TV didn’t work. We asked for another room which was better but again the smoke detector was not attached to the wall. Overall a terrible hotel. Will not be staying here again.
