The floors weren’t that vacuumed and the bathroom floor had hairs on it. A pillow had a hair on it. The beds weren’t overly comfortable. Staff didn’t greet me upon arrival as they were on the phone and we had to wait a bit for another staff to help us. Not overly friendly.

Comfortable, elegant, clean and fun for the whole family. Breakfast selection was good but only 1 waffle maker where there should be at least 1-2 more added to make the process faster and more convenient for everyone as it takes forever standing in line. Location is off the main road which is easy to get to and find but also not ideal if they put you in a room facing the back road. Forward facing rooms have nice view of the lake. Overall a good stay if you have a car to explore salmon arm as there is mainly residential surrounding this hotel. Cute restaurants and “downtown” area within a 5-10min drive.

When I got to the hotel it was very late but the lady had so much respect and helped me very much. I loved it the hotel was great and the slide was left open late I respect this a lot and love it. But one thing was breakfast wasn't that great but everything else was so amazing. I will go back and stay at Fairfield again
