Wonderful caring staff, front desk and breakfast room. Easy to find and clean, quiet. Nice breakfast room: very welcoming, and while its upstairs they will take your order and have it brought down to you in the lower dining area if that’s an issue for you.

This is our third stay here since May 2025. It's extremely convenient and the staff and accommodations are great. Check in has been seamless and the eating options are great. Several gas stations nearby so you can pick and choose. We feel so comfortable coming here, that we plan on using this hotel as our go too when we pass through Salmon Arm regularly. Keep up the excellent customer service!
