The Space:

🏡 Your Private Beachside Escape

You’ll have our entire 650 sq. ft. property all to yourself. The home is located on the 2nd floor of our 2-story duplex. There is one home on the 1st floor and two homes on the 2nd floor, so yes, you get privacy without having to buy the whole building. Very convenient. 😄



🛏 Bedrooms & Bedding

The master bedroom has a comfortable king pillow-top bed, and the living room sofa converts into a full-size bed. Extra sheets, comforters, and pillows are provided for the sofa bed, so everyone can sleep like they made excellent vacation decisions.



❄️ AC & Heat

The home has central AC and heat throughout, which is a huge bonus because we are one of the few properties near the beach with AC. Beach breeze is great, but actual AC is undefeated.



🚗 Parking

You’ll have 1 reserved parking spot in our driveway. Overnight street parking is also available on some nearby streets. Please be sure to check the posted signs for street parking rules and regulations.



📺 TVs & Entertainment

The home includes 2 Smart HDTVs with access to network and cable channels through YouTube TV. The TVs are also connected to our Netflix account, so your only real challenge will be deciding what to watch.



📶 WiFi

Free WiFi is available throughout the entire home.

WiFi speed: 200 Mbps

Speeds may vary depending on how many devices are connected, especially if everyone suddenly decides to become a full-time streamer.



🍳 Kitchen & Cooking

The kitchen has a partial ocean view and comes stocked with large and small appliances, plus many essentials for cooking, dining, and pretending you are on a Food Network show.



💻 Work Desk

The home includes a San Clemente-designed work desk, perfect for remote work, quick emails, or looking productive while planning your next beach day.



🧺 Laundry & Backyard

You’ll have access to our shared laundry room, which accepts payment through an app. You’ll also have access to our shared backyard garden and seating area.



🔑 Easy Check-In & Check-Out

Self check-in is available through our keypad. You can check in anytime after 3:00 PM.

The Neighborhood:

We are near the intersection of Avenida Del Mar & Calle Seville. You will literally be steps away to the best restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in the city. The walk down to the beach and the Pier is about 5 minutes (4 blocks away).



Getting Around:

Walking distance to so many places.

The best way to get around if you're not walking or driving is via Uber.
