Very nice location and view. Only downside and no fault to ownership, the parking lot to the south of the building has non stop activity all through the night. People playing music in their vehicles at full volume. We were a couple units over and it didn’t matter, it was loud sometimes until 3:30am. I kept thinking maybe the police will drive by and telk them to turn it down, nope. A couple nights some others attempted but generally that didn’t get them to stop. More of instigating a fight. So if you stay, be aware the parking lot and the green grass outside your deck/patio will have a lot of activity. Mainly homeless who randomly yell and fight or argue. Others are your typical lonely incel bros with loud cars.
