The hotel was clean, convenient, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The property is also located just a few blocks from the T, which made getting to the baseball stadium very easy.

Parking was pretty easy, hotel itself is gorgeous with great views if you get a city view room. Very clean, helpful staff, excellent location for walking around downtown. Map in lobby is small detail but very helpful for planning out the day.

Beds comfortable will definitely stay again. Room was clean yet not sound proof could hear baby crying next door. Had a broken desk lamp yet still usable.

The elevators take forever! Our room was changed over 2 hours before check out. We left for breakfast, and when we returned at 9am- we were told we couldn’t enter the room. The air didn’t work in the room, and beds are terribly uncomfortable. Not worth the cost!
