My boyfriend and I stayed there for the weekend and it was a fantastic stay! The room was clean and comfortable. Danny at the front desk had the best customer service, he was friendly and very accommodating, he made our stay very pleasant. We will def be back!

First thing to note...this hotel is not in the financial district. A simple google overhead view will illustrate easy enough that this hotel is in the heart of Chinatown with a vagrant park directly across the street. When getting to our room late, we found that the bathroom didn't have a bar of hand soap, which is standard in the industry. After calling the front desk and waiting about 20 minutes at 10:30pm at night when we got back from the giants game, they delivered a dish for the soap to sit on, and not the soap itself. It took another call to the front desk to correct this issue with another 10 minute wait.
