Check in was quick, the room was clean and the bed was soft. I’d definitely stay there again. Parking was crowded, but still a good quality stay especially for the price in that area.

The room was old and felt dirty. There were hairs in the bathroom and on some of the towels. It was loud with highway noise. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Excellent little gem,35 mins outside of the center of SF. Clean, very well maintained and well eqquiped. Everyone at the reception were amazing, polite and very organized. Will be coming back.Thanks.

The hotel has a rating of 8.6 out of 10, which is considered excellent, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. It felt old and a bit cheap. I’d give it a 6 out of 10.

It was fine for an older motel, better than a motel 6. The location in San Carlos is surrounded by silicon valley so you got Menlo Park is a few minutes away Palo Alto isn't far San Jose and it's really cute Little Saigon district is lots far at all. I had pho in Little Saigon and then headed to the motel and got a good night's sleep. The shower was by good temperature and water pressure and for the money it was great value. The level of service by the family of managers was just great. I arrived a little late, perhaps a little after 11:00, and they weren't cranky.
