We am very disappointed that Wyndham has their name with this Travelodge. We got there late due to flight delays. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude. He tossed the keys and paperwork to me to sign. We got to the room (double bed) it was more than out dated. The walls are paper thin that it was about to fall from the fighting or whatever the neighbors were doing. We went back to the front desk. We were able to get a different room (king size) which was what we had booked online. This room was further and we had to walk on the outside since it more a motel than a hotel I the drizzle because it was going to rain. It looked as they had tried to upgrade this room but it was still unacceptable! We stayed three nights and four days and never received any housekeeping. In a way it was good after the first impression we had of this place, we didn’t trust anyone. The pictures online are outdated and should be redone.

Typical budget friendly motel. Check in was quick and easy. Best part is you are so close to the car rental return. We just used this as an overnighter for an early return flight home. Our room was outdated, lacks accessible outlets but it’s clean.

Stayed in room 762 on 9/19/25-9/21/25 and on the last day there was a MOUSE in my room! Reached out to management to no reply. No answer from the front desk during the incident nor after. Went immediately to the front desk to check out and he tried to offer a discount for next time... There is no next time for us. They also refused to offer or provide any refund

This was my first time to San Francisco, the first night I stayed there, I found a live mouse in my room, they gave me a second room, but the A/C unit was all disgusting and looked like it wasn't working properly. Then they gave me a 3rd room, which still wasnt great, but i didnt find any rodents or had a bad A/C unit, but I had issues with the key card and had to go back up to the office three times for them to come with me to my room and see that I wasn't just causing a problem, I really couldn't get into the room at all. They had to use their master key. I did get the key situation fixed the next day, but the whole experience ruined the time I was there. It was a cheap hotel so, I didnt expect too much from it. It really doesn't seem like housekeeping cleans their rooms either. I wasnt expecting a perfect room, but I definitely didnt expect rodents in the room.
