Private rose garden house
The house is well located near the rose garden neighborhood of San Jose and convenient to the Westfield Valley Fair mall and Santana Row where shops and restaurants are located. Clean interior design and easy flow of rooms, abundant roses in bloom in the front and back yards. Quiet neighborhood, safe, with garage parking for one car. Your home away from home!

The house was wonderful and clean in a great location.
As a side, note, the check-in process and the hoops to jump through with multiple other forms of credentials we're very cumbersome compared to other stays. At other locations and properties

Perfect Stay in a Lovely Home with Exceptional Hosts and Delightful Fruit Trees
We had a perfect stay at this lovely home! The location was excellent, providing easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained.
The team was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were always available to provide help and address any questions we had in a timely manner.
One of the highlights was the private fruit trees in the garden. We thoroughly enjoyed picking fresh fruit every morning – it was such a delightful experience!
We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

This house had hair in the bathrooms, dirty floors and dirty outdoor furniture. No ice machine either. The property manager refused to clean the outdoor furniture. The walls had damage dry wall and did not bother to notify me until check in. There was trash all over the front lawn. The wife didn't not work. There is only 1 bathroom! Don't rent this house
