Nice place to spend a vacation close to all the fun and entertainment, casino, beach and lots of places to eat The condo over all was fantastic. nice size pool and hang out area. I recommend it and i hope to stay there again in the near future

Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Property was as represented in listing, clean and well kept. Short uber ride from airport and to cruise port. Would definitely stay at property again.

Great Location and Reasonable

The condo was very clean and was located in walking distance to many things, i.e. CVS pharmacy for food, supplies, etc. Restaurants, casinos, and close to Old San Juan. Pool was great and grounds were well kept. Could have use a few extra household supplies, i.e toilet paper, paper towel, dish liquid, towles etc. We mad do just fine though. We would certainly rent the condo again.

process to check in was easy, apartment was clean and had all utensils needed. host answered any questions we had with quick responses and allowed us a late check out due to a late flight and i truly appreciated that. So close to the beach, airport, restaurants, cvs has a great time. would definitely stay here again.

No car needed

Great location! We were able to walk to pretty much everywhere we needed to go. Close to CVS for late night snacks, Beach was easily accessible, several restaurant options nearby. Property was very clean, stocked with some extras like shampoo and extra towels. Felt like home!

Great location condo

This was my first trip to PR, attending a medical conference at the Royal Sonesta Hotel. My girlfriend and I had a great time at Melba's condominium for the following reasons: 1. The location was across the street from the hotel and beaches, plentiful restaurants nearby, Dollar car rental only 2 blocks away, and a large grocery store only a short 10 minute walk (grocery trolley provided by host in the unit). 2. The host was extremely diligent in responding to any enquiries. 3. The unit was exactly as described, a clean and very comfortable 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo. There was an AC in the bedroom with 4 ceiling fans throughout. 4. The internet and TV were wonderful with remotes provided. 5. There was a dedicated underground parking spot if you have a vehicle with your own garage door opener. 6. Clean warm pool accessible to residents only with keys. 7. The unit was secure with a metal lockable gate in front of the door. 8. Security guard at front gate entry of building ensuring that only residents or approved visitors allowed to enter. We look forward to returning to Melba's place in the future. You won't be disappointed!

Easy access to unit, Melba was more than accommodating to us when we needed a letter check out.

Unit owner Melba was very accommodating to us, she responded to messages quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Puerto Rico. The beach is across the street and restaurants, stores, etc right within walking distance of a block.
