The hotel is extrememly well kept! The staff were friendly and very helpful. They always greeted us, whether we were coming in or heading out of the lobby. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable (sheets were soft and smelled so clean). We appreciated breakfast each morning, the omlettes were wonderful and the variety of breakfast choices more than met our needs.

I stayed here with some of my coworkers while attending a conference. This was the second time we have stayed at the Ayer’s and it won’t be the last… very nice rooms, good staff and we love that there’s an area to hang out in the evening! Nice patio area and the breakfast is good too.
