THE COMMUNITY

Seasons at Sandpoint is a professionally managed private lakefront community comprised of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos as well as 5-bedroom townhomes. It is nestled in the charming city of Sandpoint, directly on the shores of Idaho’s largest lake, 43-mile-long Lake Pend Oreille. The city is also surrounded by three major mountain ranges, the Selkirk, Cabinet and Bitterroot ranges providing spectacular views all year round.

There is a centrally located clubhouse, also known as The Retreat, where our staff will warmly welcome you to the property and show you to your condo or townhome. They are also more than happy to recommend local activities to make your stay unforgettable such as hiking, skiing, golfing, horseback riding, art exhibits, music performances, dining, antiquing, shopping, etc. There are also plenty of amenities to enjoy directly on the property including the Wildflower Spa at Seasons, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, private beach, fire pits, al fresco dining areas, fitness center, and a marina with boat slips available for rent.


THE MARINA

The property is situated directly on the shore line of the massive 86,000-acre Lake Pend Oreille. We have a private 80-slip marina complete with a dockmaster to assist you in preparing for a beautiful day on the lake. You can moor your own boat during your stay with us or simply rent from a local company. We can certainly recommend businesses that rent all types of watercrafts including kayaks, paddleboards, ski boats, wave runners and pontoon boats. Boat slip rentals are limited in the summer months, so please be sure to reserve yours when reserving a condo or townhome.


THE POOL & HOT TUB

The lakeside heated outdoor pool and hot tub are in the center of the community, directly in front of the clubhouse. They are open all year round, so you can cool off during the summer months or warm up after a fun filled winter day of skiing at Schweitzer Mountain.


PRIVATE BEACH

Our private beach allows you to swim in the lake and play in the sand without having to leave the property. Our staff can also assist you with building a lakeside beach fire in the evenings, allowing you to unwind and enjoy all of nature’s beauty at the end of your day.


AL FRESCO DINING AREAS

We have al fresco dining areas complete with grills and seating so you can enjoy a lovely meal with family and friends while taking in the amazing views. You can reserve 2-hour increments with our staff prior to your arrival or upon check-in.


THE RESIDENCES

We have a variety of different sized-residences available for rent, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos as well as 5-bedroom townhomes. Each residence has an open floorplan and private balconies overlooking the lake. They are fully furnished with linens, terry, cookware, dining ware, and a washer/dryer.

This 3-bedroom condo can accommodate up to 8 guests with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed in the third bedroom with two full-sized mattresses and a twin trundle bed. There are two full bathrooms, with the master bathroom being private.


RENTAL AGREEMENT

A formal Rental Agreement will be sent for e-signature within 24 hours of booking. This must be completed within 48 hours of receiving to confirm and hold a reservation.

My friends and I came here for a weekend ski trip and it checked all the boxes. Everything was nice and clean, easily walkable to downtown, and the icy lake views from the condo were beautiful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful Condo on the Lake

This is a beautiful condo on the lake with a spectacular view. We had a great time visiting Sandpoint for the first time and the condo was one of the highlights. It is convenient and walkable to the town and park. We would highly recommend this property when visiting Sandpoint.

Wife Cried of Happiness at Arrival and Cried at Departure

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful well appointed condo. Views are superb and the condo is well laid out and spaciious. The kitchen has everything you need: ample dinnerware bareware, wine glasses, every sort of pan-you could even bake a cake if you wanted to. Bedding was nice and beds were comfortable. The deck is great with nice furniture to enjoy views. Bathrooms are modern with lots of towels etc. Totally would want to come back again. Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if I could.

This please was super nice and we got lucky because there wasn't many people there when we went on memorial day weekend. We had the whole pool and hot tub to ourselves. We will be going back for sure. The room had almost everything for cooking but no condiments. Store not too far

Home was super clean, decorated beautifully with lots of seating and the beds were super cozy. Loved the patio area. Plenty to of dish ware, cooking supplies and great selection of small appliances. Short walking distance to the Sandpoint City Park and Main Street. Too bad we only had 2 nights, next time will plan for longer! Wonderful time!

Lovely place, fantastic view

Check in was easy peasy. Given all the information and a small tour of where amenities were. Condo was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Slept 6 adults comfortably. And the view was just so beautiful.

Beautiful views, walk to town, close to skiing, condo was very clean, comfortable and updated. Staff was very accommodating. Complaints from downstairs neighbor like in other reviews. We were not loud but you can absolutely hear people above you. Would have to tip toe to not be heard. A few minor glitches. Difficult to regulate heat and fireplace, no garbage bags, etc. but overall great place to stay

Great place, clean, extremely well equipped, beautiful views, convenient to downtown. Only issue was we had 4 small children with us and got numerous complaints from the people downstairs. Not much we could do to keep them quiet enough.

Clean COVID get away!

Clean well stocked and amazing view. Access to town by walking. Parking was the only trick to the property. We have large vehicles and the garage was tight. Great Thanksgiving Christmas time getaway.

This was a wonderful condo on the lake. Beautiful views of the lake. A very manicured facility with full amenities (pool, gym spa, BBQ areas etc). The condo exceeded our expectations and is well represented in the photos. Great gathering areas in the condo and on the balcony to enjoy the lake and Mountain View’s. The only suggestion for the owners is that the carpet along the hallway in front of the kitchen area needs to be cleaned. There are numerous large stains that distract from the beauty of the furnishings and decor throughout the cond. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Sandpoint visiting family!

Very nice unit.

The property was very nice. Everything seemed new. Very comfortable and easy access to town. The only thing missing was cable TV. There was a wonderful smart tv with internet and Netflix, amazon prime and others but no live tv. We were interested in the Seahawks game. Not a big deal and we would rent again even knowing this

Lovely condo overlooking Lake Ponderay.

Seasons is a great facility. Slightly off the main drag so quiet and secure, yet only a short walk to great food and breweries. Next to the railroad but I never heard a thing from inside the condo. Very nice pool and hot tub, super friendly service. The condo is very nicely decorated with a huge comfy couch and well equipped kitchen. Only thing we didn't expect was that the bunk beds are double beds so that's how it qualifies as "sleeps 8". We made it work but we didn't expect that.
