Finding the perfect beachfront vacation rental on Sanibel can be a challenge, but Atrium 201 checks all the boxes! This 3 bedroom (K, Q, T T), 3 bath gulf-front, corner unit offers unequalled views of the Gulf of Mexico and panoramic vistas of Sanibel’s legendary coastal scenery & wildlife. The condo is so close to the beach you will hear the surf from every room, and the sunsets will bathe the unit in a rainbow of amazing evening colors. Located on exclusive West Gulf Drive, this spacious, beautifully decorated and well-appointed condo is perfect for everyone.

The Atrium consists of a single large building designed around a central open-air “atrium”, which inspired the name of the complex. The property has over 300 feet of beachfront, which is much more than typically found in condo developments with significantly more units. Guests of the Atrium benefit from lots of space and privacy in the units and on the beach. The Atrium common areas feature lush, mature tropical landscaping, tennis courts and a heated pool with pool deck and lounge chairs. There is covered parking underneath the building, and additional guest parking is provided at the northeast corner of the site. The pool is thoughtfully located at the southeasterly corner of the site, on the seaward side of the building, so guests can enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the pool and pool deck. Because the Atrium requires a 2-week minimum length of stay, this unit is ideal for those who want the best and have the time to enjoy it!

Atrium 201 features a large corner lanai with separate seating areas to accommodate everyone. The screened lanai has sliding glass doors which can be closed to turn this area into additional air-conditioned living space. The living room has seating for everyone, and the floor to ceiling glass doors make the space feel open and light. The dining area can accommodate everyone for meals, even at maximum occupancy.

The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat range stove and built-in microwave. The kitchen is stocked with modern countertop and hand appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware designed to accommodate every need, even at maximum occupancy.

The oversized master bedroom has a king-sized bed as well plantation shutters, crown molding and luxury touches such as an end-of-bed bench seat and a comfortable armchair.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom features two twin beds perfect for kids or overnight guests. In addition, the bonus den with a sleeper sofa is a wonderful extra space for family, or as an office space to work, read or just relax. Spend your days and nights enjoying food & drink and the view from your spacious lanai, or walk just a few steps to the pool, or the beach for some of the best shelling on the island.

This unit is also equipped with the latest key-less entry "smart-lock" technology. This new key-less smart lock feature will offer the option to check-in directly to the property. Lots of space

This condo did not disappoint. Lots of room, beautiful grounds & outstanding views from the deck. They even have a nice assortment of beach items to use at the beach. We will be going back again!!

Wonderful vacation property

We stayed two weeks in this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed for a great stay, and many extras. Really good WiFi, updated appliances, comfy beds with luxury sheets, great kitchen with adorable plates & bowls, board games, beach towels. I could go on and on. The condo was VERY clean, and ohhhh so roomy! The beachfront view is amazing. We spent a lot of time on the lanai. Will come again & again. Thank you for offering this wonderful rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked in on Saturday Oct 5th, and forced by hurricane Milton to evacuate and check out on Monday 7th.Not a pleasant experience . Unfortunately, we had reserved and fully paid for a stay from Oct 5th to Oct 19th. This was our come back to the Island since Ian. The apartment was as expected, very good and comfortable andfully equipped. Because of no hotel availability in the area, and away from the water, we had to "emigrate" toFort Lauderdale for a few days and fly back home to Buenos Aires at yet additional charges for the change of date in our Delta tickets, which were Fort Myers-Atlanta-Buenos Aires, and now Ft Lauderdale-ATL-BUE. In few words anightmare vacation. Why I did not have insurance? because at the time of reservation I was offered it, but since I had an overseas residenceit didn't apply. Finally, the apartment was a great 5 points but the entire property (ATRIUM) was a 2.

Reviewer Comments: 1st I would say that Select Vacation was VERY easy to work with - they were very honest in their assessment of the construction going on and also of the overall condition of Sanibel. Never did I have to wait long if i emailed or texted them with a question. I would highly recommend them not only going through to rent a condo but would ito use as a leading management company. In giving my assessment one needs to realize we were staying at the Atrium fully aware of construction work was going to be going on

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Atrium #201 is as big as many houses. There is plenty of room to relax, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. . The condo is as well outfitted as is possible — all the way down to a neat junk drawer in the kitchen with a screwdriver, pliers, some screws, etc. The cookware is nice, though some past renters have ruined some of the instruments by running them in the dishwasher. The kitchen has up-to-date appliances, including a nice stove and oven, French door refrigerator, and dishwasher. Everything you need to set up housekeeping is there.The furnishings are expensive and not at all beach-like. It was obviously at one time in the late 1980’s through 90’s someone’s finely appointed home. The furniture is comfortable in the living room. The den has a nice couch that folds out into a double bed with a memory foam mattress. Just pay attention to how to open it. There are directions in the book they have provided. The unit is very clean The bathrooms are up-to-date.The view is beautiful, though the sunrise is blocked by the building next door, and the sunset is on the other side of the building. It is only a few steps to the beach, however. The pool is very large and very lightly used. We never had anyone at the pool at the same time we went down there. The beach is very quiet as well. The elevator is a great advantage, and grocery store type carts are kept under each stairwell in the garage area to haul your things up the condo. The grounds are immaculate. Someone is cleaning about every day. The elevator was wet-mopped every other day. It’s just a classy property. My sole complaint is the master bedroom bed. It is too soft for me. I did not sleep very well for the entire month because the bed is not supportive. A mattress topper has been added to supposedly make the bed more comfortable, but for me it didn’t work. Nevertheless, we would choose this condo again if we return to Sanibel for an ex

It was beautifully and comfortably furnished and the best stocked unit we've ever stayed in over the 20+ years we have been vacationing in Sanibel. Fully updated high quality appliances. Artwork and beach decor was stunning. The lanai is huge, and we loved the location which is adjacent to bike trail, and close to Bailey's and CVS. Great swimming pool. Beach was huge and the sunsets were some of the best we've seen. Under cover parking garage was a plus. Management company was very attentive and checked in to see if we had any questions or needs. We will definitely stay here again!
