Blind Pass Condos at Bowman s Beach B206: This is a two-story, two-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome within walking distance to Bowman s Beach, clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, and parking area. Beach decor and a view of the heated pool and landscaped area help define this charming condo. Amenities include king and queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa, wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans and updated window treatments throughout the unit. Our master suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate sink and cabinet area, a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, powder room, and standard size washer and dryer are all conveniently located. Two screened lanais with padded furniture and tables are located off of the dining area and master bedroom. Each receives the morning sun and afternoon shade that adds to a relaxing vacation. Three flat-screened TVs, high-speed internet access, stereo with CD player, and a beach closet with pool toys and beach supplies all add to your island comfort. We are minutes away from a nature preserve, biking trails, restaurants, churches and island shops.

Living Room: 1 pull-out queen-size sofa bed

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The primary bedroom is spacious with a lovely screened porch for relaxing. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in shower. The guest bedroom with queen bed has a bathroom with step-in shower. A half-bath is conveniently located on the first floor.

Kitchen: The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is open to the large dining/living area and offers plenty of cupboard and counter space for your cooking needs.

Dining and Living Room: The dining table seats 6 comfortably. The living room has two sofas, including a queen sleeper sofa.

Great location in the complex

We had a great time and the location is just off the pool, that was a huge plus for our kid’s. The mattresses are great too. The kitchen is under stocked (so bring what you need) but this noted by the management company. This place is great! We will be back for sure.

Great Amenities

We have stayed twice at Blind Pass. Each time in a different condo. There are differences to be expected as each condo is individually owned and maintained differently as far as upgrades/updates. Overall, the ground and amenities can’t be beat given the location and price!

Great condo choice close to the beach

The condo is ina great location, close to the beach and on the quiet side of th island. Blind Pass is very quiet too. The condo is very comfortable, very nicely furnished and well equipped. We had a great time.
