Newly Renovated UNIT 3B1: This stunning ground-floor one-bedroom condo will have you thinking "City Chic" meets "The Beach"!

You'll be enchanted by the art gallery vibes when you first enter the main living area, and then totally captivated seeing Sanibel's world-class beach unfold just steps from your lanai. Enjoy handsome furnishings, oversized seating and a sleek new kitchen and bath. But the highlight of this attractive unit is undoubtedly the fact that you can walk right out your private lanai to our exquisite white-sand beach. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Ground-floor location means you're just baby steps from the beach, although we prefer to describe it as simply "heaven on earth"!

Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

If you are truly looking for somewhere to go to have the perfect view, Ocean's Reach is absolutely the place you want to be. The place was quiet, very clean and the communication was amazing. We will definitely be returning and I cannot wait.

This unit is spectacular! Steps from the natural seashore with an abundant of shells and gorgeous water you can't beat it! Everything you need is at your fingertips. The location on Tarpon Bay Beach is the best. Close to Ford's grocery and shopping on Periwinkle makes Oceansreach a perfect destination! We enjoyed our 20th Wedding Anniversary here and we will be back! Love love Sanibel!

Wonderful Location and Property Management

This condo is right on the beach with easy access to the pool and gorgeous views! The grounds and amenities were also very nice. The only negative was finding out day 2 of our trip we needed to have moisture testing and industrial fans in the unit due to moisture levels following Hurricane Elsa. We were given a full refund and allowed to stay if we were ok with the fan noise. This was greatly appreciated! However, the fan noise was a bit much for us and we ended up going home early due to the noise and not being able to find another rental on island with such short notice.

Oceans Reach a great property with great amenities and location. Loved the beachfront location. Parking under cover, a great outdoor grilling area, bike rental on location. Condo had everything you need for a great stay.
