Great location. Room and property were very clean. Check in was easy. Ice machine did not work. Motel is very dated, substandard towels. Surrounding area looks seedy, but the boardwalk area is a little seedy as well. Great restaurants within five minute drive. The cost was very low, so we got fair value.

Good stay
There’s 2 issues I didn’t like about this stay. The first is the bathroom door couldn’t close. The hinges were bad. To close the door you had to pick the door up and pull it. The second was they are so cheap on their towels. They only give you two towels. One was big so you can wrap it around your body. The other was too small and couldn’t wrap it around your body so my wife and I had to share the big towel. They didn’t have any spare towels anywhere in the room. Other than that everything was good. Bed was comfortable. It didn’t make any noise when you moved around. The hotel was in walking distance to the boardwalk. Overall the stay wasn’t too bad.

The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The price and the location, right on the beach, are their selling point. The rooms are basic, but have everything that is necessary. That's why we keep coming back.

Great stay
Great little beach hotel. Excellent location close to the boardwalk, per, Steamer Lane. Old. But quaint. Leaky faucets but comfy bed & linens. Staff very friendly.
