This home has lovely indoor and outdoor spaces for family members to gather and we enjoyed our time there while attending a family wedding. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and well-kept.A couple of things to note 1. There are only 2 bathrooms and one of them is ensuite, accessible only through one of the bedrooms.2. The kitchen was overstocked with appliances, cookware, etc, leaving no available cabinet space to store food. When we stored food on one of the counters, we quickly discovered ants and moved the food to the kitchen table, where we didn't have that issue.The location is great - away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk area, yet close to West Cliff Drive for beautiful ocean side walks, beaches for swimming, state parks for hiking and biking.

We were only given 4 rolls of toilet paper. There was 10 adults there for 5 days. Indoor garbage can was way to small and extremely hard to put the liners in. Ice maker was broken. Only had 2 small ice cube trays.

This spot was perfect for our large group vacation! We had plenty of space and the house was very well stocked with many cooking utensils, blankets, and laundry/dish soaps. Our family really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it/come back again.

Long Weekend Stay in Santa Cruz

This property is conveniently located in Santa Cruz and is within walking distance to a coffee shop and other necessities. Our party had 5 adults and kids under 3. We stayed Thursday to Monday for a wedding. The home and backyard are very welcoming and accommodated wild kids and several adults with ease.

Great vacation

This house was a great stay for our visit to Santa Cruz. The location was awesome and convenient, parking was easy, and the bummer of beds accommodated our large group. We especially enjoyed the backyard area.

Perfect Location

This was an overall very good stay. The location is perfect - a quiet neighborhood but still walkable to the pier, the beach, and a number of restaurants, coffee shops, tasting rooms, and breweries. The kitchen is very well stocked with a great layout for making family meals together. The backyard was a great place for spending time, too. There were a few detractors that aren't deal breakers, but make this a less than five star stay. While the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, nothing else was. This was the only homeshare I've ever stayed that didn't have shower basics. Also, for a beach house, there wasn't any beach equipment. Luckily, a few in our party drove in and were able to bring beach chairs and towels to share, but if everyone had flown we would have been out of luck. We also had to restock the toilet paper ourselves during a short weekend stay. Finally, there were ants, not only in the kitchen, but in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The property managers clearly have notice of this since it's in multiple reviews, but haven't don't anything about it. Check in was fine, but you do have to call to check in and out and I sat on hold a bit waiting for the check in code.

Nice and roomy

The home is quite nice and roomy. The heat was running a program that was set to uncomfortably cold settings. The furniture and bedding took a day and a half to acclimate to our preferences. The floors were ice cold. The outdoor courtyard was beautiful.

Westside Walkable Wonder

Perfect location with fantastic layout. Lots of room to settle down even with toddlers. The backyard is nice and clean with lots of seating and an outdoor sink and a good side entrance and outdoor shower. There were some ants during our stay in the bathrooms but they cleared up a bit. The bathrooms are ok, the master shower is a bit tight of a squeeze and could use a fan but the location makes up for it. There is a bathtub for people with kids but there is a glass partition that can make it a bit of a tight squeeze for bathing but it’s doable for a vacation. Super close/ within walking distance to Garfield park for the kids, westcliff for good walks, new leaf for yummy groceries, companion for pastries, Santa Cruz mountain brewery for beers and tacos and cat&cloud for coffee and bites which were all places we had wanted to visit so it was perfect for our trip.

Great experience overall - nice big open plan house / perfect for friends sharing for race event. The dishwasher wasn’t working (flashing errors) and the trash had not been emptied (manager rectified immediately) but otherwise was clean and had most supplies (we almost ran out of toilet paper). TV was great and backyard was very nice and big!

Nice place to stay

We stayed here for 5 days on a family vacation. Me, my husband and two sons (ages 9 & 1) were comfortable here. The backyard was great for relaxing and letting our toddler run around- the living room had plenty of space to hang out and watch a movie, and the kitchen had everything we needed. A few cleanliness issues, but nothing major. A nice place to stay, close to a grocery store, and a short drive to the boardwalk- overall a good experience!

Son's first birthday!

We rented this home for our son's first birthday, and it couldn't have been better. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for everyone both inside and out! Only wish we could have stayed longer.
