Lido Key is located on a laid back barrier island close to trendy and vibrant downtown Sarasota on the west coast of Florida. The area is known for great beaches, good food, outdoor activities, local attractions and lots of sunshine. We are centrally located on Lido Key a block to the beach and short 10 minute walk to St. Armand's Circle for boutique shopping and numerous outdoor seating restaurants. Downtown is minutes away over the Ringling Bridge.

This new to market second floor bright and sunny island decorated two bedroom one bath unit provides all the comforts you'd expect after a long day at the beach or exploring the local area. With vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans throughout and recessed lighting to set the mood along with the open floor plan it's warm and welcoming and easy to relax and entertain at any time.
