“HEY LIDO!!!” Wake up and pinch yourself as you watch the sunrise out the kitchen and guest room windows while you make your cup of Keurig coffee. Turn around and carry your coffee out to the lanai and take in the endless gulf coast ocean views as you mentally plan your day. Will it be a walk across the street to the private beach access for a day on the beach, a quick 15 minute walk to gorgeous St. Armand’s circle for delicious eats and unique boutique shopping, or perhaps a short walk across the parking area to South Lido Park for some fishing or kayaking? Whatever your choice for the day, consider catching the breathtaking sunsets from your private lanai or on the beach as a kick off to your evening plans.

6th floor newly renovated 2bed/2bath w/ beautiful ocean views, boasts new floors, walk-in closets, updated fully equipped kitchen and baths, linens, towels, 50” flat screen tv, high speed direct internet, cable, access to storage unit for beach gear, and a covered parking space. Additional visitor parking in back lot. A gated community with a beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna, laundry facilities on each floor, a community room and welcoming barbeque grilling area.

Rentals are on a month to month basis. Prospective guests are required to complete a rental application for a fee of $50 per the condo association.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This property was exactly what we are looking for. Everything in the property was brand new and every corner of the property was super clean. The entire place was new as they had made renovations recently. There were tons of towels and amenities available for us when we checked in. My family loved our stay as it was a quick 2 min walk across the street to the beach. The private entrance to access Lido Key beach was awesome. The beach area from the private entrance didn't get that crowded which is what we wanted. The owner was quick to respond to my questions and made our stay memorable. St. Armand's Circle with all the restaurants was less than a mile walk from the property. We walked pretty much every night to St. Armand's to get something to eat. We stayed here for 30 days and loved every minute of it. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get away and spend some nice quiet time in this area.
