This house was all we had anticipated and more. The house was clean, the kitchen had enough pots, pans, dishes and containers needed to prepare and eat our meals for 11 people. Big kitchen area, big table and spacious living area. Our littles had a shallow place to play in the pool. Hot tub was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Close to the beach.

Fantastic home with great layout

Home layout and amenities were fantastic. Would definitely stay here and rent from this management company again. Only surprise is that the home can accommodate many more people that the listing indicates.

Fantastic 80th Birthday

This house was absolutely PERFECT to celebrate our mother’s 80 th Birthday. She’s a very active 80 year old so the stairs were not an issue! We all loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The location to the beach was perfect!! And we loved how clean the property was. It did not disappoint! Thank you!

Shore is Unbelievable

This place is amazing. It has everything you need from Beach towels to beach chairs. The heated pool and jacuzzi was our families go to. There is a very nice outdoor space for grilling with a tv for sports fans or children. The weather was a little cool and the pool doesn’t get much sun when we were there in early January but that made the heated pool that much better.

We highly recommend this beautiful home! It was so spacious with a great floor plan that provided plenty of room for everybody and privacy. Kitchen was perfect for a large family. The pool was priceless with the awesome slide and being partially shaded for the kids to enjoy all day long. Every bedroom was an en suite with its own bathroom. Washer and dryer available on main floor, as well as upstairs near the other bedrooms. Everything you could need for your stay was provided. Communication with management company was great. Loved the added personal touches of bakery cupcakes, waiting for us when we arrived! We would definitely encourage others to stay here!

Shore Was Amazing!

From the moment we entered the home everyone of our 19 loved this home. It had everything we needed and then some. Have never stayed in a home that was so well stocked with everything you need. Will definitely come back again! And Cottages on The Key was top notched! Any minor issues or questions we had were addressed within an hour. Best Mgt Co. I've dealt with in the 4 years we've been coming to Lido.You won't be disappointed with them. Awesome experience

Shore is Something is Something Else!!

The Cottages on the Key "Shore is Something!!" This property lived up to the name!! Great kitchen for cooking and amazing views from the rooftop balcony. The house was spotless, and the pool area was perfect for the family to enjoy when we weren't at the beach (only a few blocks from the beach). I also can't say enough about the property management company. They were attentive, professional, and beyond hospitable. When we come back to Lido Key or anywhere in this area, we will be looking for a home managed by The Cottages on the Key. Thank you for a great experience!! All of the families loved it!!

Shore is Something is a nice property in a great location. Easy access to Lido Beach and St. Armands.For a house with 10 bedrooms, it fell short on a few things. Refrigerator space, ice makers, an extra dishwasher, bathroom closer to the pool would all be super helpful in a house of this size. We were renting at high season and paid the price (about 30K for the week). We had so many things that I had to call the property managers on. While they were very responsive, things didn’t necessarily get fixed during our stay. This includes pool heater, hot tub, small ice machine, outdoor outlets, shower that leaked through to the garage, elevator, ants in the kitchen, loose railings on stairways etc. I spent so much time dealing with issues, that it really took away from it being a vacation and disappointing not to have certain things in working order. It’s a nice home, but, I would seek out an alternative next time for a larger group.
