Set within a traditional area house (Contrada Fosio), this 70mq2 apartment is located on the second and top floor.
The view from the living room sofa is priceless; the lake—or rather, the Oglio River—is so close that it blends seamlessly with the LaRiva@11 apartment, which feels like a cabin on a cruise ship.
The entryway leads to a large living room that includes a laundry nook enclosed by a century-old door, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with its original layout. In the sleeping area, you’ll find a hallway with a closet and two bedrooms.
There are uncovered parking spaces both inside the courtyard surrounding the building and in the outdoor parking area.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited.


Our accommodations are dog-friendly; a 45-euro fee for extra cleaning is required and must be paid on the booking platform or on-site. Always notify us in advance if you’re arriving with your dog; only dogs are permitted. The use of the second bed is never included in the laundry fees; you will be required to pay 18.00 euros on-site to cover the actual cost of laundry.
