For a scenic, car-free option, walk three blocks to the historic Chain Ferry, cross the river, and enjoy a pleasant 15-minute walk to the beach. Guests also love nearby outdoor options like Mt. Baldhead and Saugatuck Dunes State Park for hiking and nature views.

The full bathroom, accessed through the bedroom, features a shower/tub combo for easy refreshes after a day exploring town or beach.

With convenient parking right out front and everything you need within easy walking distance, At Ease makes a comfortable and carefree home base. It's an ideal spot for couples, friends, or anyone looking to enjoy a relaxed, car-free getaway while exploring the charm and beauty of Saugatuck.

Please Note:
- This suite is one of three total units in the same building. Shared spaces and amenities between the neighboring units are the BBQ grill, the fire pit, and the furniture around the fire pit. The balcony is shared with the other upstairs unit, but each unit has its own set of patio furniture for guest use. Please be respectful of other guests staying in the neighboring units by adhering to the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
- This is an upstairs apartment and a flight of stairs is required for access.
- The only access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.
- There is no central AC. There is a window AC unit in the apartment during the summer months. Additionally, there is a box fan. If you keep the blinds closed and the bedroom door open, the whole apartment will be cool.
- The building heat is kept at 68 degrees in the winter months. If you need additional heat or heat during the summer, there is a baseboard electric heater in the bedroom.
- This apartment is small. The refrigerator and range are apartment-sized.
