Recently refurbished, this 1893 historical cottage offers guests plenty of space for visiting the Art Coast. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a generous sized yard on the “hill” in Saugatuck. It is just outside of city limits and is walkable to downtown along with quick access to the Blue Star Trail. It is also less than a half a mile to Ivy House wedding and event venue. This adorable and charming cottage offers a wonderful space for creating memories with friends and family.
A one mile drive across the Kalamazoo River will take you to Douglas, Michigan which has additional shopping, art galleries and dining options. If a beach day is on your vacation wish list, you will find beautiful Oval Beach is 3 miles northwest.
Driveway parking is available for our guests. Additionally, The Saugatuck Interurban is available and is a demand response public bus system that offers transportation throughout Saugatuck, Douglas and Saugatuck Township.
We welcome your furry friends during your stay. Our pet-friendly policy includes a $150 pet fee. This fee covers the necessary cleaning and amenities to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. *please note for pets that the backyard is not fenced in and pets must be monitored at all times.

Very clean and super easy checkin and out! Host was very responsive with questions. Darling place to stay in Saugatuck off the beaten path. The walk to town was very short and beautiful as well. Will stay again!
