Located in a quiet and sought-after neighborhood, this bright three-bedroom suite offers a modern, open-concept place to relax, cook, and gather. The listing includes the entire upper level of the home only, with a private entrance and free driveway parking.

The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and supplies. Guests can enjoy a comfortable living room, a dining table for six, fresh linens and towels, ceiling fans, and a spa-inspired shower system.

The home offers convenient access to the highway and is an easy walk to nearby shops, coffee, dining, parks, and everyday conveniences.

Important information:

The driveway and backyard are shared with the lower-level short-term rental. While the suite itself is private, some noise may be heard when the lower unit is occupied, depending on occupancy and activity.

Guests do not have access to the laundry room.

Lovely Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sil’s place. It had everything we needed and it was spotless. The beds were super comfortable as well. We walked through the neighbourhood a lot and it was very safe and friendly. Check in was easy and flexible for an early arrival which we appreciated. Thank you again!

Perfect for families

Spacious, clean and perfect for families (specially with teens) and friends. We are a family of 4 and everyone had their own bedroom. The common areas are open and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked 2 out of our 4 night stay.

Great home and great central location. Owner did an excellent job communicating with me. One bathroom for 6 people was a little challenging. Nice decor. There is a basement tenant which we were not aware of prior to renting.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very central to all of the shops and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are a few maintenance things that need to be tended to (front steps are broken up [but it was noted they had scheduled to get it fixed in a few weeks] and the kitchen sink water doesn't get hot). We really appreciated how clean the house was and how that all of the kitchen-ware/pans were in great condition. Only thing to note is that if there are people in the downstairs unit, you can fully hear everything clear as day. There was only people there for a short period of time, but it sounded as if they were in the house with us.Sil & Gil! Thank you so much (I loved the welcome binder - it was very thought out, clear and organized).
