My biggest issue with this facility was that the rooms were dirty, as if they only thing they do is vacuum the floor and change the bed linen. There was caked up dirt everywhere.

My second visit. I chose this site for price and location, both of whichsuit me well. I note the room is small and there is a very small bathroom. Also, one takes stairs to get to elevator. While there is a lift for people using wheelchairs, someone with a suitcase or two, like me, might not want to ask for it, and the steps were a challenge.

The hotel was clean and people were nice. However the air conditioner did not work and it was uncomfortably warm. When we told the staff they sort of attempted to fix it but it still didn't work. For the price I don't know if I would try staying there again

We have stayed here MANY times. this time I opted to do the online check in to save time! and when we got there, both Kiosks were not working for me to get my supposed means of bypassing front desk. we lost 10 min of our saving time…. also our key cards worked, then didn’t, (got it rebooted) only to not work again! Inconvenience #2. the bedside lights did not work. the coffee maker in the morning did not work (tried 3 times to brew and nothing). at least I could get coffee from the Execitive lounge , but that was having still not the point… Like our coffee while lounging in our room…. I have one more stay coming up and I hope it goes better than this or I will not bother staying here.

Well, first of all, I was very disappointed with a very lackadaisical welcome by the people at the reception and then what made me really unhappy is that they gave me the worst room in the hotel. It was the tiniest for me to pass from one side of the bed to the other, I was bumping into things. The windows had the view of the parking lot, which was very very intrusive. The bathroom was extremely tiny even to get into the shower was a hazard, although renovated the bathroom was so badly designed that I couldn’t even open up the tab without it, hitting the frame of the mirror, but what made the stay extremely uncomfortable was that the AC wouldn’t turn off and there was no heating. I suffer from arthritis and it was making me sick all day and all night when I called the front office and not once but many times no one ever answered so I would say This was one of my worst days ever
