The hotel has incompetent staff. Our room had a toilet, sink, bathtub/shower, and heater that did not work properly. After two days and phone calls they managed to fix the sink and bathtub only. The did not have housekeeping come after requesting, they gave us a bath towel to clean up a smoothie spill my daughter accidentally had, there is inadequate lighting for the sink/mirror, the staff overall did not know how to help with situations.

Overall it was okay, most of staff were respectful and prompt, yet the conditions of property needs to be updated. The noise from all around room was frustrating, but it did stop once I called front desk. The worst part the ac had an awful smell, probably needs updating. Just had it off and we were fine.

They show pictures of courtyard that isn’t theirs and lock you out because it’s owned by restaurant. The rooms are horrible beds are broken have huge dips in them fridge doesn’t work. No where to sit in lobby no safe area for kids. Charge for a overcrowded parking lot and lost my charger some how.
