Everything was wonderful except for the tv in our room was tiny and terrible quality like no Netflix and the color quality was awful and we couldn’t fix it. Also the lighting was really bad (dim everywhere) and I think new paint/cleaner walls are in order it just felt a little motel ish for the price I think it’s time for upgrades for the rooms. The location, staff, concierge, parking, free breakfast, heated pool and hut tub were all phenomenal and we absolutely loved it. Just not super impressed with our actual room for the price.

Room was very noisy from people passing by ( a one window was facing the walkway ( open hallway ) the walls are too thin , room next to me were having sex & it seems like was in my room . Oeople were arguing the floor below and I heard their yelling . The bar fridge was very loud as well so I didn’t sleep most of the night . The price for this place was way too high like a Hilton ! Not happy and also they added fee for resort yet non of amenity is open in winter . I never complain but this time I had to complain .

Everything was great! The only thing we would change is the setup of the breakfast buffet. Having the waffle irons in the center of the buffet caused unnecessary, long lines. Move the waffle irons to their own table and put the eating utensils at the end of the buffet. Or have a staff member pre-make the waffles.

The property is disappointing and does not live up to its online description. Rooms feel dated, floors creak, and the linens are an off-white color. Breakfast service was slow, with a very long line.
