Added cost for pet dog not prominent on the app. I was surprised to find a $40 fee for a pet, not a deposit, but an added cost. It is hidden in the fine print on the app. You need to dig for it. So it seems like a bait and switch. Other hotels require a security deposit, not an added fee.

I’m not sure how this hotel has such a high rating. It’s pretty disappointing. The pool was closed, which was why we booked here. The room carpet was disgusting. Seriously gross! The breakfast was also disappointing. Hard donuts, toast, waffles, muffins. No yogurt, bananas or anything close to healthy. I certainly would not stay here again. I will say the front desk guy was nice and the towels and sheets were soft.

The location was excellent. If you’re planning to visit Sedona, this is a good place to stay. It is just about 40 minutes from Sedona. There are several good dining options very close to the hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable and sufficient for two people, and complimentary breakfast is available. The front office staff member Lazaros was very friendly and treated us well. He also gave us helpful suggestions on places to visit around Sedona.

Hot tub closed, outlets falling off the wall Wyndham has to spend some money for upgrades if they are going to own all these hotels I know not a first class hotel but still need to up their game on the economy hotels
