Welcome to the Sunrise House located in the scenic Chapel district of Sedona. Walking distance to the world-famous Lloyd Wright Chapel, this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. The “Arizona Room” functions as fourth bedroom with it’s own A/C and heat for total comfort. Lovingly furnished this gorgeous house also features an upgraded kitchen with all new appliances and quartz countertops.

House also features a full-sized Washer Dryer as well as a propane BBQ.

The house is quite lovely , and comfortable and in a nice quiet location . Recommendation to Italian restaurant was spot on . Was hoping to do some cooking ( especially breakfast ), and there was not a spatula to be found . Truly not great views of the red rock from the outdoor space . Enjoyed our stay .

First of many Sedona trips

This property is in a fabulous part of town that was a perfect jumping off point for hikes and running right out the front door. We had a group of women for a weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit and stargazing in the hot tub. The living area was perfect for enjoying coffee, tea and breakfast together every morning. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Our group had a wonderful stay at the House of Dawn. Everything was so clean and up todate. As other reviewers have said the kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware and small appliances. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub but would have liked a little more detail on how to operate it. Sedona is a beautiful place and I would definitely return.

Pam & Carlos have a lovely house that provided a comfortable and safe place for our friends get together. We were 5 minutes walk from hiking trails and close to other trails just a short ride away.We were also fairly close to town and the area has many destinations to keep your interest.We highly recommend this rental.And we recommend any of Chef Lisa Dahl's restaurants also.Sedona is a very special place.
