The Ridgeline House is a breathtaking rustic/modern 3 Bed/3.5Ba home that delivers unforgettable and unblockable views of Sedona's red rocks. Highlights from pasts guests include the massive living room with walls of glass to take in the amazing views, hot tub, Tesla Charger and commuter ebikes. Nearby trail access is just minutes away for those looking to explore the national forest trail system by foot or moutain bike. Use our brand new commuter ebikes to access the shops, restaurants and galleries nearby!

We've owned this home for 12 years and it's been our primary residence - this isn't a purpose built and cheaply furnished standard rental place. We've got another place to stay nearby and we stay in that when the home is booked - but I still live and work here in the community - and I'm happy to give trail recomendations to guests if you're game. We're both trail runners, mountain bikers and explorers - so we can steer you the right way if you're coming to use the trail system to it's fullest!

This house was the absolute best rental we have stayed in! The views were absolutely breathtaking! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed—clearly set up for guests who actually want to cook. The linens were high-quality and comfortable, and the amenities were plentiful. The place was clean, well cared for, and easy to settle into right away. Additionally, the convenience of a short walk into town was a bonus. The host was very thoughtful and accessible if needed. He provided us with an extensive list of restaurants, hikes and activities to do during our stay. He even provided a parking pass for the trailheads! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great views.

Stellar Views

I highly recommend this home to anyone who appreciates the views of the Red Rocks. We were content just hanging out at the house and looking at the scenery from this lovely home! The home is turnkey, close to town, yet ultra-quiet, given its hilltop location. It's well worth the cost! My family will be back annually, if not more frequently.
