This private Sedona casita sits beneath tall trees, surrounded by garden views and soft desert light. Large windows fill the space with brightness while keeping it calm and shaded. This guesthouse is completely private, with its own entrance and a shaded garden surrounded by trees. The open layout includes a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining space for two, and a king bed framed by large windows that open to the garden. Designed for comfort and connection to nature, the casita is the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Sedona`s vast network of trails or its many renowned shops and restaurants.

The main home is available to book separately for four guests. The main home has its own entrance and outdoor spaces. There are no shared spaces.

You will have full access to the entire casita and its garden. The backyard of the property is exclusively for the main house guests.

You will be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors :) You will be centrally located, and just a short walk or drive to many of the area`s top attractions.

Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are rare in Sedona, but you can make use of public transit options.

Use the free Sedona park-and-ride shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The Posse Grounds Park & Ride is a 6-minute drive from the home. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.

Alternatively, the Sedona Shuttle Connect will transport you to and from any location within city limits (including this home). The cost is $2 per person, $1 for select groups, and free for children 5 and under. Download the TransLoc app to request a ride, Thursday thru Sunday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Please note that the casita is attached to the main home, separated by a laundry room. The casita does not have access to the laundry room, and the door is locked (the casita cannot be accessed by guests in the house). You may hear some noise from the laundry room when the machine is running.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund.

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified and provide a current phone number
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
