Avg airport hotel in need of renovation. Limited free parking, you need to pay a garage like you were downtown rather than in the middle of nowhere. The underground garage is dirty and in bad conditions. Long line to get breakfast. Room decor is very poor.

The twin beds were small . Requested Double beds but got twin bed. Even then beds were so small that I cannot sleep for 3 nights . It is an airport hotel so requested to change every day but no help. Staff was really nasty and unprofessional. I will probably never book room with Expedia due to unacceptable and inaccurate descriptions of properties. No mini fridge or Tea making facilities in room. Th breakfast was poor with things running out and coffee machine broken all the time. Worst was beds and front office staff attitude.

Room was ok, but restaurant was closed. I booked this hotel because it's on1.5 miles to FLR airport. But they don't any shuttle (free or with fee). The desk did call a taxi for me, but the charge turned out to be 34 Euro for that sort 15 mile ride.

Very convenient to the Florence airport (30 minute easy walk). Friendly staff. The bathroom smelled awful (like sewer, even after spraying freshener), the A/C didn’t work for the entire building and it was hot and humid because of the rain. Opened the window but didn’t help with the humidity, plus it’s a noisy area so couldn’t sleep with all the traffic noise.
