We never received housekeeping during our stay; the first day they skipped us completely. We called down for towels and asked if housekeeping would be in the next day, and we were assured they would be in the next day. The next night, we had only towels left in the bathroom, no cleaning, trash removal, making of thr bed, etc. The room condition was also not great. The wall thermostat didnt work, both the towel and toilet paper bars where dangling from the wall, and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

Every thing was very clean and staff was very helpful. The only issue was the light in bathroom was going out and only had flickers. The lighting from entryway was sufficient for a quick overnight stay. I mentioned to desk in the morning and they were very apologetic and said it would get fixed right away
