Enjoy Sitges Staying in a Comfortable Apartment Surrounded by Pine Trees

Located in a calm and green part of town but close to everything. Just a five minutes walk to the town centre and the beaches.

The apartment is decorated with style, attention to details and a touch of design. Fully equipped, it is very convenient if you come to Sitges by car. The kitchen is fully equipped. Aircon for the summer and heating in the winter.
It is fully equipped. We also have high chair and baby cot if you travel with a baby.
The apartment is modern and designed for complete comfort with two bathrooms.
The terrace is spacious and makes for a perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner while enjoying Sitges' micro-climate.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment for their convenience and comfort.

The apartment is situated in a quite neighborhood. Ideal for those who don't want to be in the middle of bustling Sitges but close enough to be able to enjoy it.


In the morning, you could have breakfast on the terrace. Then go for a stroll or swim. In the old town, you’ll find many things to see; narrow streets with interesting architecture, museums, art galleries, all kind of shops and restaurants. In the evening, you can walk along the long promenade or have a drink on the terraces or enjoy the local gastronomy. All within walking distance.

Sitges is best enjoyed by foot. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Same for the town center.

Windows are double glazed to ensure you can rest.

Super appartement (dommage le train)

Un appartement super, rien Ă  dire hormis la proximitĂ© avec la voie de chemin de fer (sans le train j'aurais mis 5 Ă©toiles). L'appartement Ă©tait d'une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, l'Ă©quipement Ă©tait parfait. L'accueil de Svetlana Ă  Ă©tĂ© parfait, ainsi que sa rĂ©activitĂ© car un soir vers 20h00 nous n'avions plus d'eau. Nous l'avons appelĂ© et 15 minutes plus tard elle Ă©tait lĂ . Elle Ă  passĂ© plusieurs coup de tĂ©lĂ©phone, et vers 21h00 un monsieur est arrivĂ©, il s'est avĂ©rĂ© que le pompe de la rĂ©sidence Ă©tait en cours circuit, il Ă  fait le nĂ©cessaire pour la remettre en route. Merci donc Ă  Svetlana et Ă  cette personne d'avoir rĂ©agit si vite. En rĂ©sumĂ©, nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour, nous serions prĂȘt Ă  y retourner malgrĂ© la proximitĂ© du train, l'appartement est tellement bien, que ça compense ce petit dĂ©sagrĂ©ment. Very nice apartment, clean and cosy, not far from centre and beaches!

The apartment is well situated only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Sitges and the beautiful beaches. The host was already there to welcome us and she was really helpful. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. we had a great stay, hope we can come back next year.

Great property in a good location. Near to everything. Ten minutes walk to the beach and fifteen minutes walk to the station. The balcony was a real bonus and we used it most of the time. Would have no trouble in recommending the property.

Sitges Blanc Subur apartment

Very nice apartment with everything you would need. Good balcony which is bigger that it might look on the photos, although the main living area is a bit smaller than we thought. Good bedrooms with good en-suites. It’s in a peaceful residential area and is a short walk (10 minutes at a leisurely pace) to the nearest beach, but a bit further to the old town, but still a comfortable walking distance. The nearest supermarket is also about ten minutes away. Very good communication with the hosts throughout and although we were delayed, Barbara was there to check us in and was very helpful. Sitges is a very lively, but pleasant town, with loads of eating places, but it’s not cheap. Some restaurants and tapas bars are expensive but some do good, substantial three course menus for less than €30 and the wine is very cheap compared to England with house wine as cheap as €12. Hiring two sun-beds and an umbrella on the beaches costs €30. However there are two beach chairs and an umbrella at the apartment. Another set would have been great! To sum up, we had a great time in this apartment in a really nice resort and can recommend both if you’re looking for a holiday in this part of Spain. We were there in early May and the weather was great.

Excellent compact apartment with everything you need in a great location

Our family of four stayed for 81 (!) days. We're used to a lot more space, but we had a blast in Xavier's apartment. It is compact, but so efficiently laid out and well-equipped that we had no problems staying for almost three months. The kitchen was well set up and had most of the things needed to cook nice simple meals (and now it has a few more things!). The bathrooms are great, particularly the newly renovated one. The location is awesome—five minute walk to the town, and the same to the beach. Enjoyed daily walks with the family into town for food, drinks, etc., and nearly daily runs along the sea. Perfect, quiet location, but close to the action for Carnaval and other things. A few little things came up over the long period that we were there, but Xavier and Svetlana worked hard and as efficiently as possible to get things fixed. Oh, the parking spot was super convenient. Overall, we would do it again, for sure!

Es ya la cuarta vez que elegimos este apartamento por la excelente limpieza, la ropa de cama, las toallas . . . El mobiliario es nuevo y estĂĄ todo en perfecto estado. La ubicaciĂłn es excelente. En una zona tranquila a 4 min del paseo MarĂ­timo y a 6 min del centro del pueblo. La amabilidad del propietario y de su asistente es absoluta. Inmejorable!!! The best place to stay in Sitges if you are looking for a high quality apartament, best ubication and nice people.

Modern, comfortable choice in Sitges

Beautiful apartment and great customer service! Good location about 5 minutes' walk to the beach and 5-10 minutes' walk to the center of town. Nice to be close but not actually IN the center of things, as this apartment is in a quiet relaxing residential area. The apartment is clean and bright, with brand new appliances in the kitchen. We cooked with ease and also found the dishwasher and washing machine to be convenient. A/C is only in the living room, not the bedrooms, but we found it was sufficient to cool the whole apartment when used with the ceiling fans (and this was during a very hot week). The terrace is larger than it looks in the pictures, plenty of room to dine outside and relax. Nice automated canopy shade over the terrace as well. Xavier the owner responded promptly to all requests. We were helped at check-in by Svetlana who was right on schedule, was flexible, and courteous. Check-out was a breeze -- just had to leave keys on the table -- no chores like stripping the beds, etc. Fantastic experience. If we return to Sitges (which is likely) we would definitely stay here again!
