"I had a great time for the few nights I was at the Double Tree by Hilton Fiji resort. I picked this resort because it was close to the airport, on the water, and as a solo traveller felt safe going to a family style resort. The staff are amazing. I loved my little bungalow overlooking the ocean, was a great place to watch the sunset over the ocean. "

"The rooms are lovely and spacious, and we especially appreciated the in room washing machine and dryer. Staff were lovely, especially the amazing breakfast chef Seema who prepared a special meal each day for my young daughter who has a serve food allergy. Raijeli and Chef Joe were also very helpful. The grounds were lovely, although there is a bit of maintenance/construction going on at the moment. The pools are fantastic and we spent most of our time enjoying these - they are especially great for young kids. The pool area can be noisy though with music/kids so it you want a quiet room ask for one not facing the pools."
