Discounted monthly rentals are available so please contact the Asher Beachfront Owner about monthly rates which run from early November til mid-April. Asher Premier Beachfront Condo is my two bedroom modern, 880+ sq. ft. PENTHOUSE (NO NOISE FROM ABOVE NEIGHTHBORS) CORNER unit on Lake Michigan. This LAKE FACING unit is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps six adults with a king-size bed in the master bedroom. a set of twin beds in the spare BR and a pullout queen size couch in the living area. All appliances has been recently replaced and the kitchen redecorated! This condo is considered to have one of the best Coastline views in the complex and maybe the whole town!!

The unit is both poolside and beachside and it features unbeatable sunsets and coastal views while sitting within the unit. The private pool is just steps away from your bed and the private beach(NO ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING - 21 stairs on the parking lot side and 35 stairsteps on the pool/terrace/beach/grills side).

The complex is next to a city Park which allows superior coastline lake and dunes views and just a short walk from the quaint downtown of South Haven where there are plenty of shops and great little restaurants and Breweries.

This historical town (founded in 1833) has two light houses guiding pleasure boats to the multiple marinas scattered along the Black river which runs through this idyllic town.

It takes only 20 minutes to drive from South Haven to Saugatuck, 30 minutes to Holland, two plus hours to Chicago and three hours to Detroit.

South Haven, not just a summertime destination!!

Host was very communicative from start to finish. The view from this condo was simply stunning from every window. Living area was spacious and comfortable and bed was also comfy. Shared deck is huge and so close to the waves it’s like sitting in them. Can’t wait to return.

The apartment is just as described and pictured. Wonderful location right on the lake is beautiful and we used the large deck quite a bit. It is perfect for sunset viewing. It is an easy walk or bike ride into town. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean and I would be happy to stay here again.

Great View

View and location are great to the beach and short walk to downtown. Owners have definitely made upgrades and improvements. We enjoyed the space and amenities (beach chairs and full kitchen). Pool looked nice. Owner has detailed instructions and checks in. Check in and access are easy.

Cute condo, great location

The condo was well maintained with all of the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, as it was walking distance to downtown (maybe a 10 minute walk), but also right on the beach. It's close enough that you can hear the waves at night from the master bedroom. We ended up on the deck watching the sunset each evening and it was perfect.

Beautiful South Haven Condo

Beautiful lake front condo. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Spectacular view of Lake Michigan. Couldn’t ask for a nicer host who made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely on the top of list for a premier vacation condo rental!

Great place. Unbelievable view. Beach walk every morning followed up by walking the town. All 4 of us are in our 60’s and we really didn’t need the car once we got there. It was very quiet and peaceful

Location, Location, Location!

North Shore Condos have a GREAT location and amenities- short walk to downtown, beautiful beach, and fabulous heated pool.This 3rd floor corner unit provides views which are exceptional. The photos are accurate, the owners provide detailed information, and the decor is modern and comfortable. South Haven is a terrific vacation destination!

Wonderful location for a relaxing week!

My family spent a lot of time in South Haven when I was young so I decided this was the year to have some family time at the beach again! Myself, my Mom and my 11 year old son spent a week at the condo and just loved it. The private beach, pool deck and location can't be beat if you're searching for a place in the area.

Great Getaway

This place is great! It's right on the lake, which you can see from the windows. The condo is really cute and nicely furnished. It's walking distance from downtown. The host was super good about communication and proactively made sure we had all the information we needed. We had a fantastic time here and are already talking about coming back!

Everything was Great

Listing was on target! right on the lake front and all the amenities were perfect for our needs. Any issues were so minor not worth mentioning. We were supposed to bring 4 of our grandkids with us but it didn't go as planned due to state testing required by the school. The owner worked with us to adjust the dates but we still ended up not taking the kids, but we also had our 38th anniversary to celebrate so off we went... by ourselves!! A special thanks to Harold for working with us on the dates at last minute, you were great. We didn't really use much of the place, kitchen and master bedroom. Our time was spent outside enjoying the beach front! the pool opened over the weekend, though it wasn't that warm (supposed to be heated) but it was refreshing! The condo was comfortable and clean, along with pretty much anything you needed was available. I would recommend this place as a great family get away and will try to rent again! (We got a flat rock off the beach and put our name on it... hopefully we have started a tradition for others to follow)

This was the nicest place that I have ever stayed at .. The condo was very cozy ,and located on the beach ..You could also see the beach from some of the windows in the condo ...I absolutely loved it here...
