Beautiful ranch situated on a ravine within minutes to downtown South Haven

Completely updated 3 Bed/1.5 Bath Ranch located a few miles east of downtown South Haven. This home sits on a beautiful wooded ravine and is surrounded by mature landscaping. Full functioning kitchen with blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc. as well as new appliances. Full bathroom with shower and tub. Powder room has full size washer and dryer. Backyard has a hammock, dining table, outdoor sectional, fire pit and grill. Living room features wood burning fireplace. Within minutes to the beach, shopping, wineries, breweries, Kal-Haven trail, golf courses, fruit farms with U-pick berries and all that downtown South Haven has to offer.

Driveway fits 6-7 cars. No pets please.

Close to Gingerman

Only 1.5 miles to Gingerman, and close to downtown. The house is beautifully updated and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable. Lots of parking available. The only and VERY slight drawback is that it is on a somewhat busy street and you do hear loud vehicles occasionally. Overall, our stay was great and we would come back again when in town.

Less than 10 minutes from the beach and a straight drive there. House was probably one of the cleanest I've ever rented! We'd definitely stay here again! Lock box was a little confusing on how to re-lock when we left. We had a great time on a quick family getaway!

We were so impressed with how cozy, homey, and well-cared for this house is! It was super clean, with simple decorating. It was equipped with every item we needed in the kitchen, and everything worked and was in great condition! Great location, close to everything. The property manager was friendly and quick to respond to questions. Lovely place!

Newly renovated , updated ranch house . Spotless , with plenty of room for 6-8 people . Quiet area with nice seating area that backs up to wooded area . Plenty of parking room . Out of town , but still only 5-10 minute drive .

Good location, a few minutes from downtown South Haven.

The house is very clean and had everything we needed. The host responded promptly when reaching out to her. The location is a few minutes from downtown South Haven (Phoenix St.) and about 1 minute from Sherman’s Dairy Bar. It is worth mentioning this home sits off a busy road, CR-388. The traffic is noisy, most noticeable at night when trying to sleep. So, if you are like us and live in a quiet neighborhood, it is something to consider.

Great Location, clean and modern

Great location, down the street from downtown South Haven. There are many amenities, has Wi-Fi, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Everything was very cleaned and maintained well.
