This house has been designed for the remote working, family friendly vacation with plenty of space for multiple families to stay in one house. The Dreamer House is a brand new home near South Beach. Three floors designed for your family to spread out when on vacation. This home offers multiple living room spaces, multiple eating areas, and en suite nursery!

As you enter the main level, there's a bedroom / bathroom (shower) for those who prefer not to climb stairs, a living room, wet bar, and an extra fridge for those who are preparing to grill out! The second floor offers a bedroom with an en suite, an open concept kitchen, dining, living space for the whole family to enjoy. As you need to rest from the day at the beach, find 3 bedrooms on the third floor. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and nursery. The two other bedrooms have a large bathroom to share along with built in desks for those who are remotely working during your stay in our quaint beach town. Weekly & Monthly rental options available!

As expansive as the inside is, the outdoor concrete patio and balconies allow for groups to enjoy that morning light with coffee or a big grill out at the end of a long day at the beach. The Dreamer

Very clean and spacious property with plenty of rooms and living areas for friends/family fun. Includes multiple balconies and a patio area to enjoy company. Experienced great communication with the property manager during our stay.

Great house, great host

The host is amazingly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. She gave us a lot of insider tips and resolved a couple of special requests very quickly and easily. The house itself is pretty much brand new and nice. The layout is great for multiple families because there are bedrooms and full baths on 3 levels which provides spacing and privacy. We walked pretty much everyday to South Beach (via the blue stairs next to Kids' Corner), and it was convenient and easy. From past experiences, I'm always worried about late-night noise from neighboring renters/residents since we have little kids but it was very quiet and peaceful aside from a little bit of construction during the day (which is obviously transient). There's also a patio for grilling and relaxing that we used pretty much everyday. We'd definitely consider staying again. Thank you so much!
