This property is iconic in the South Haven region and does not disappoint. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the unit is very clean. While there are many, the stairs to the beach are new and very sturdy. The unit is dated and that is part of the charm.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we enjoyed our time overall at SH, we were disappointed by the state of disrepair in 6A--leaking dishwasher, awkwardly placed fridge door, general wear and relative shabbiness of the place. We note too that the price was the same as we paid for the much nicer and larger Terrace 22, where we would have liked to have stayed this time as well, but were assigned 6A instead.

South Haven experience during Covid

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the stay was, for the most part, satisfying. Management did all they could to alleviate identified problems, but the property is for the most part individual owned units. Therefore, any lapses in maintenance must wait for the owner to fix. WI FI was not accessible and the TV remotes did not work in all the rooms. The furnishings are dated and worn, but workable. Grounds are immaculate and the pool area very useable (bring your own chairs). Mannagement was understanding and rebated a part of the rental fee. Managerment gets an A but the overall assessmant is a B-.
